Every visit includes
- Kitchen: worktops, hob, sink, outsides of appliances
- Bathrooms: toilet, shower, bath, basin, mirrors
- Every room: dusting of reachable surfaces
- Floors: hoovered and mopped
- Bins emptied and beds made
- Photos when we're done
Your cleaner
We'll send the same cleaner every visit wherever possible. If they're ill or on holiday, we'll tell you who's coming before the visit. They bring all products and equipment, including the hoover and mop.
Prices per visit
New: monthly plans
Pay one fixed amount each month instead of per visit. Holiday pauses are built in (2 a year on weekly plans, 1 on fortnightly and monthly), and you can cancel online any time.

Good to know
If your home hasn't been cleaned in a month or more, we'll suggest a deep clean first, so every regular visit after it stays fixed-price and on time.

Can I skip a visit?
Yes. Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge.
When am I charged?
You pay when you book. For regular cleans, each visit is charged in advance when it's booked, and you can skip or stop any time.
What if something's missed?
Tell us within 72 hours, ideally with a photo, and we'll send a cleaner back to put it right, free.
