Cleaning is the most common reason for deposit disputes in England (DPS, 2025). We clean to a detailed move-out checklist, then photograph every room with a time stamp, so you can show exactly how you left the place.
Every end-of-tenancy clean includes
- Oven, hob and extractor, inside and out
- Inside the fridge and freezer
- Inside every kitchen cupboard and drawer
- Bathrooms descaled: shower, bath, taps, tiles, toilet

The Deposit-Ready Guarantee
If your landlord or agent flags a cleaning issue within 72 hours of your clean, we'll come back and re-clean it free. It covers items on our checklist. We can't guarantee your deposit itself, because that's your landlord's decision, but we'll give you the clean and the evidence.

- A parking permit if possible (otherwise a £10 parking charge applies, shown before you book)

Will this guarantee my deposit back?
No one can honestly promise that, because it's your landlord's decision. What we do guarantee is a thorough checklist clean, time-stamped photos of every room, and a free re-clean if your agent flags anything within 72 hours.
Do you clean carpets?
Not yet. We hoover all carpets, but steam cleaning isn't included.
Do I need to be there?
No. Leave keys with the agent, a key safe or a neighbour, and we'll arrange access securely after you book.
